Payments

Returns

  1. Return Eligibility:
    You may return any product purchased from Zevon within 07 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  2. Return Process:
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@zevon.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.

  3. Return Shipping:
    The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Refunds:
    Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

  5. Non-Returnable Items:
    Certain items, such as personalized or custom products, are not eligible for return. Gift cards and items marked as final sale are also non-returnable.
